ISLAND.LY is a private island brokerage acting as an intermediary between owners, buyers and tenants. We are not a law firm, accountancy practice, tax adviser, surveyor, investment adviser or estate agent licensed in every jurisdiction in which an island may be located.

Our role and remuneration
Where we act, we act as intermediary only. We do not own the islands listed. Our commission or fee is agreed in writing with the instructing party before any marketing or introduction begins, and becomes payable on the terms stated in that agreement. Buyers and tenants who engage us to search are not charged by us.
Intellectual property
The design, text and original artwork of this website belong to us or are used with permission. Photographs and documents relating to an island remain the property of their owners and may not be copied or redistributed. You may not republish substantial parts of this site without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for decisions taken in reliance on information published on this website. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
